There are many ways for you to become part of the Ragged University movement. Please get in touch if you can get involved in any way, even if it's just coming along to a talk.

Come to a talk

The easiest way for you to get involved with the Ragged University is by coming to a talk near you. Please view our regional pages for event listings.

Be a speaker

If you’re passionate about a subject, we’d like to hear from you.  We are looking for speakers on all subjects to talk at our events across the country. You can read some guidelines for speakers here.

Provide a venue

We are looking for venues to host our events.  If you represent a venue in any of our regions and would like to work with the Ragged University please get in touch. You can read some guidelines for venues here.

Print services

We appreciate any assistance with our overheads.  Print costs make up a large proportion of our expenses, so if we can reduce these in any way it helps us a great deal.

Volunteer

If you can help our regional coordinators, we'd like your input.   We are interested to hear from motivated individuals who can help with organising events and contacting speakers.  If you’d like to help us, but we don’t have a centre in your city, please get in touch anyway – we need your help to spread the Ragged University.
